What Challenges Were
They Facing?

Following increasing demand for more localisation of product sales and support services, HMS decided to set up a UK operation in 2011. The University of Warwick Science Park in Coventry was chosen as the base for their UK operations as it lay in the heart of England and is close to Birmingham International Airport. Unfamiliar with the local laws and legislation involved with establishing and operating a Limited company in the UK, HMS called in the help of specialists Goodwille to support them with their market entry.

Goodwille were appointed as Company Secretary and take care of all responsibilities involved with running a UK limited company from an accountancy perspective, along with ad-hoc HR support, pension and insurance advice. Goodwille process monthly payroll and also act as a vital call centre for HMS UK Ltd answering all of their landline telephone calls on behalf of their road based sales team, and since HMS Industrial Networks AB are listed on the Stockholm NASDAQ they require accurate financial reporting completed by working day 4 to allow group consolidation, so, Goodwille work to day 3 to meet their needs.
