Goodwille met Neue Holzban Lungen at the EcoBuild exhibition in 2008, at the point of a global recession. Working on project based work in the construction sector, at the point of a global downturn meant Just Swiss Timber wanted to keep their overheads low, but still ensure the flexibility and capacity to support future growth. Their Swiss UK Country Manager worked from flexible office space in Central London whose focus was on lead generation, sales and project development, safe in the knowledge Goodwille had control of their UK entity’s ongoing compliance.

How Did Goodwille Help Them
Solve It?

Goodwille proposed a flexible solution to support their UK Sales Manager at the time with the day-to-day administration, covering all aspects of Legal, Financial & Payroll. Goodwille have supported Just Swiss Timber Construction with incorporation, share allocation, due diligence and compliance since their incorporation back in 2010. We continue to support Just Swiss with the financial legalities of having a UK company, including book-keeping, VAT, CIS (construction industry scheme) submissions and annual accounts.

What Was
The Outcome?

To date, Just Swiss Timber Construction have completed major UK projects including being the preferred timber supplier for the “Shaping Portsmouth” regeneration. They continue to offer the UK a ‘one stop shop’ of the most innovative timber structures on the market, including consultancy, engineering and manufacturing. Just Swiss regularly exhibit in the UK at the Timber Expo and have big plans for 2016 with their new GSA®-Technology. All incoming and sales enquirers & project based support is handled directly from their Swiss HQ.
