Professional service consultancy Goodwille has joined forces with financial specialist HFS Milbourne to create HFS Goodwille, offering foreign companies in the UK a broader range of corporate and financial advice.
The joint venture will integrate a full range of financial advice with Goodwille’s existing legal, company secretarial, and HR strategy services. HFS Goodwille will provide fast-growing companies in the UK with peace of mind that their affairs are being dealt with by a team of qualified specialists.
Existing clients will be offered an ongoing review service, for example to ensure they receive the best terms for employee benefit packages, and are making the most of UK tax breaks on pensions. For new clients, HFS Goodwille’s services – including advice on shareholder protection, key person cover, pension schemes and private healthcare insurance – can be introduced at an early stage so companies can plan ahead with confidence.

Annika founded Goodwille in 1997 with a vision to create a professional service platform for Nordic companies establishing businesses in the UK.
Norwegian-born Daniel Parry has been Managing Director of Goodwille since 2006. He holds a (BA) Science and a Diploma in Business Law from the University of Lund in Sweden. Based in London, Daniel has a passion for international business and a deep understanding of the barriers to market entry.
