HFS Goodwille Financial Experts Give Foreign Companies In The UK Peace Of Mind

Monday, January 11th, 2010

Professional service consultancy Goodwille has joined forces with financial specialist HFS Milbourne to create HFS Goodwille, offering foreign companies in the UK a broader range of corporate and financial advice.

The joint venture will integrate a full range of financial advice with Goodwille’s existing legal, company secretarial, and HR strategy services. HFS Goodwille will provide fast-growing companies in the UK with peace of mind that their affairs are being dealt with by a team of qualified specialists.

Existing clients will be offered an ongoing review service, for example to ensure they receive the best terms for employee benefit packages, and are making the most of UK tax breaks on pensions. For new clients, HFS Goodwille’s services – including advice on shareholder protection, key person cover, pension schemes and private healthcare insurance – can be introduced at an early stage so companies can plan ahead with confidence.

Goodwille founder Annika Åman-Goodwille commented: “We are always striving to improve the way we integrate services for our growing client base of foreign companies in the UK. We aim to develop and provide the services that are the most beneficial for clients who operate in this highly competitive and fast moving market. To provide extended high value core services under one roof offers not only conveniences for our clients, but also creates a stronger market position for our two brands”.

HFS Milbourne Co-Founder Rod Milne said: “There are many areas to consider in financial planning, and when you are fully committed to your business and home life, it is sometimes difficult to keep affairs fully up-to-date. As impartial advisors, our role is to provide face-to-face corporate clients and private individuals with financial expertise”.

He added: “Deciding on the best benefit strategy, for example, is an integral part of a successful company. A good employee benefit strategy will enable your company to attract and retain skilled personnel to meet the challenges of a competitive business environment and prosper.”

Goodwille Managing Director Daniel Parry said: “We understand the importance of complying with UK regulatory requirements and we can take the pressure off, by relieving managers of the uncertainty in establishing a foreign business. With this new, broader base of expertise HFS Goodwille can continue to support foreign companies to achieve their commercial goals in the UK.”
