“Throughout my career I have always felt that whether you’re working with customers or colleagues, it is imperative to show respect and understanding at all times. This passion for professionalism is particularly important now, in my position as Assistant Office Manager at Goodwille, as I am the first point of contact for clients and guests, either meeting and greeting them as they arrive or speaking to them on the telephone.”
As Assistant Office Manager, Clare plays a vital role in supporting the Goodwille team, looking after reception, liaising with suppliers and keeping our clients informed of developments in our services.
She has a BTEC qualification in Business and Finance, and has spent the last 13 years working in the Health & Beauty industry – initially as a Beauty Therapist and then as a Health & Beauty Manager, opening and running Spas within central London. Since coming to London, she has always ridden her bicycle to work, which not only means she is very fit, but that she’s also used to having her wits about her!
