I want all our clients and visitors to feel welcome the minute they dial our number or step through the door – so that they know that they’ve come to the right place, where they, their interest and their business will be more than well looked after.”

As Office Manager, Felicity is one of the most important people at Goodwille, playing a pivotal role in the day-today running of our business. In addition to taking care of reception, this means looking after our meeting rooms, as well as arranging parties, catering, suppliers and pretty much everything else we have going on.

She has a Diploma in Fashion Design from the London College of Fashion, and has worked all over the world – at one time even running her own successful jewellery business. She joined Goodwille five years ago, loves gardening and one afternoon a week works as a volunteer reading assistant in her local primary school.
