It’s like when I was doing my dissertation at LSE. My colleague was from the Caribbean, which made for a real culture clash. It took a lot of effort to adapt to each other’s way of thinking and working, but the insights we gained made the experience all the more rewarding.”

As HR Consultant, Klothilde plays a key role in co-ordinating the day-to-day activities of the outsourced HR functions we provide for some of our key clients. She assesses the HR function from not only the soft perspective but she also looks at how HR can be a positive contribution to our client’s bottom line.

She studied at the Leopold-Franzens Universität Innsbruck, and has an MSc in Human resources Management from the London School of Economics. Before moving to London, she worked as an in-house lawyer and head of HR for an international company in Austria. Since then, she has worked in HR departments for a charity and an international financial services company, maintaining a love of classical music and baking delicious desserts throughout.
