As Client Payroll and Employee Benefits Manager, Shahid looks after all aspects of the remuneration processes for a range of different clients. Liaising with HMRC as necessary, he registers new employees on the relevant system, calculates salaries and benefits, administers payments, and takes care of all annual reporting.

Before joining Goodwille, he worked on founding a charity organisation to help disadvantaged women in rural areas of Bangladesh. He has a degree in Business Administration.
