Operations Associate (London)

We are currently looking for an Office Associate, to join our Operations team.

 

Within your role you will be responsible for:

  • Employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Company offboarding
  • Maintenance of Practice Management System
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Managing disbursements
  • Handling internal & external administrative requests
  • Managing contract renewals
  • Sorting inbound mail
  • Improving and developing processes and workflows
  • Booking travel for staff
  • Planning and organising social events/activities
  • Managing the social budget

In addition to your main role as Operations Associate, you will also be expected to support the close-knit Front of House department with varied day-to-day tasks. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be expected to confidently work to ensure Departments can carry out work smoothly and efficiently. Although an international language is not mandatory, being able to speak a Nordic language would be beneficial. In joining us, you will become part of a modern, forward-thinking and inclusive organisation, capable of offering a stimulating environment for you to work in.
