Extension of the Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme
The Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme, also known as the furlough scheme, was originally due to end on 31 October 2020. However, on 5 November, the government announced that the furlough scheme will be extended until 31 March 2021. Read the updated guidance and Treasury Direction published on 13 November.
