Culture programs

This year, Goodwille has taken significant steps toward becoming as environmentally conscious as possible, creating the ‘Green Game’ to help encourage friendly competition around reducing our environmental impact. We also participated in the Sleeptember Challenge, promoting better sleep habits to help our team feel more rested and become the best version of themselves.

Our involvement in the Macmillan Bake Off brought colleagues together through fun and meaningful challenges, all while raising money for an important cause. Additionally, our gardening and volunteering days have not only strengthened workplace connections but also made a positive impact in our community.
