Whilst our package does not include sourcing or recruiting individuals, we help with salary benchmarking, devising job descriptions, job adverts and placing the job advert on local or national jobs boards. We can also recommend recruiters who have experience placing candidates in your sector, or with the desired experience.
Before interviewing candidates, we can help you scope out your interview process to make sure it is as effective as possible. Then, when it is time to interview candidates, we would hand over to your internal team, or indeed an appointed recruiter, as appropriate.
If an offer of employment were to be made to a candidate, and a subsequent acceptance, we would work alongside your business in drawing up an employment contract aligning with your businesses group employment offering, whilst ensuring you still comply with UK employment law.
