As our Operations Executive – Team Lead, Georgie is responsible for coordinating internal project work and maintaining processes, along with centralising improvements and communications. She is the main point of contact for Operations, undertaking a range of duties including bank administration for clients, organising socials, training, and events, overseeing budgets, company-wide objective support and managing our month-end process. She leads our FOH team to ensure that our telephone answering, and post handling services are seamless on behalf of our Clients, alongside managing the Warwick office. A large part of Georgie’s work at Goodwille involves ESG, where she develops our strength as a Bcorp organisation, working with the team to promote volunteering, environmental and wellbeing initiatives.

Georgie is a positive, self-motivated, and organised individual who has a great desire to learn. She always has a holiday (or two) lined up and loves to keep fit in her free time!
