As a Senior HR Advisor, Helen provides expert, UK compliant HR advise across the full HR lifecycle. Providing advice on day-to-day HR queries including family leave, long term absences and performance management; in addition to HR policies and procedures, employee contracts and staff handbooks, plus statutory and enhanced benefits.
Helen enjoys spending time with her family, watching cricket and cooking. She also likes to watch crime dramas, trying new foods and going to the theatre when she gets the opportunity.
