Front of House Coordinator
Having previously worked in hospitality for a number of years, I chose to work at Goodwille as because I wanted to continue providing good customer service and work in a rewarding environment. Goodwille has everything to offer including progressing my skill set and an amazing work ethos!
As a Front of House Coordinator, Lorna is responsible for supporting both clients & colleagues with a range of administrative support services including document management, call handling and coordinating travel. Lorna is responsible for improving department processes, whilst providing first class customer service to individuals contacting Goodwille.
Outside of work, Lorna enjoys walking her dog Honey, exploring different parts of the country and indulging in amazing food.
