As HR Advisor at Goodwille, Lucy is responsible for advising on technical matters relating to HR issues including employee relations, organisation design, policies and procedures, implementation of new contracts and staff handbooks, benefits and salary levels, recruitment and training solutions.
Lucy is a graduate in Social Sciences and naturally has a passion for people. She has experience supporting both internal and external clients within established and start-up environments across a range of HR issues. She became CIPD qualified in April 2016 and will complete a professional coaching qualification by 2019.
