As a Governance Associate, Natasha supports our clients with regulatory compliance matters. This includes, setting up new legal entities for companies, bank account opening, registering for VAT, ICO registration and Health & Safety. She also provides assistance with the UK aspects of corporate reorganisations, mergers & acquisitions, and strike-offs. Additionally, she arranges Know Your Client (“KYC”) and People with Significant Control (“PSC”) documentation and liaises with various providers, advisers and banks. Being a central point of contact for all her clients, she further supports them by providing any additional assistance or advice as may be required.

In her spare time, Natasha enjoys travelling, reading and spending time with friends and family.
