As an HR Advisor, Rob is responsible for developing and implementing policies and HR documents on issues such as working conditions, performance management, disciplinary & grievances procedures, interpreting and advising on employment and immigration law, bench-marking and advising on salary and employee benefits, developing and implementing downsizing activities and liaising with headquarters on aligning global HR strategy with UK legal requirements.
Rob enjoys spending time with friends and family, outdoor pursuits walking the family dog in the countryside.
