Having worked within HR in my previous roles, I wanted further my knowledge and expertise in HR within a team of professionals I could learn from alongside completing my level 5 CIPD in People Management. Goodwille provide an excellent service to their clients and I am very much looking forward to getting involved with the hands-on nature of role as well facing new challenges and working with different nationalities.

As a Junior HR Advisor, Sophie’s role involves assisting with day-to-day queries regarding pensions, benefits, workplace issues and preparing HR documents.

Outside of work, Sophie enjoys long walks with her dog, being an active member of the gym, and exploring new countries, cities and cultures. Sophie also enjoys listening to true crime podcasts and watching MAFS Australia.
