Agent for Service

Why get an Agent for Service?

Overseas companies (with no physical presence in the UK) often enter into agreements that are governed by British law. Such agreements require the company based outside the UK to appoint a UK-based agent who is able to receive service of legal notices and process on that company’s behalf. This type of contractual address may also be useful for companies that know there may be a change of physical office address during the term of an agreement, or may not have their own office in the UK. Documents received to our offices will be promptly forwarded to you to act upon.

Goodwille can act as your Agent for Service of Process, also known as a Process Agent, and you can choose whether you want to use our London or Warwick address.
